Me Ferland
est titulaire d’un Baccalauréat en Droit Civil (droit du Québec),
d’un Baccalauréat en Common Law (droit des autres provinces
canadiennes), de l’Université McGill de Montréal et d’une Licence en
droit suisse de l’Université de Lausanne (Canton de Vaud). Enfin, il
a obtenu en 1993 de l’Université McGill une Maîtrise en droit
international commercial.
Me Ferland est Agent de marques de commerce et œuvre fréquemment en
droit des nouvelles technologies, y compris celles de l’information
et le droit pharmaceutique. Ses autres champs de concentration, la
planification financière et successorale (tant au Québec qu’au plan
international), le droit de la construction et les relations
contractuelles.

Me Ferland holds a bachelor in Civil Law (Quebec law), a bachelor in
Common Law (the laws of the other Canadian provinces), both from the
McGill University in Montreal. He also holds a Licence en droit
suisse (Licence in Swiss Law) of the University of Lausanne,
Switzerland. Furthermore, he also obtained from McGill University a
Masters in International commercial law in 1993.
Me Ferland is a trademarks agent and essentially works in matters of
will and estates and fiscal planning including the liquidation of
estates both locally and internationally. He has also been involved
in commercial and Real Estates transactions over more than 20 years.
